How to order?
YOU MUST FOLLOW THESE STEPS OR WE WILL NOT TAKE YOUR ORDER!
1. Open the excel sheet attached in the email that says Order Sheet.
2. Under the UPC column you put the 12 digit code of the product you would like to order.
3. Under the quantity column put the number of units you would like to order.
4. Once you have filled out the information.
Please rename the sheet to this Date_YourCompanyName_ordersheet For example: 10.5.2022_myotcstore_ordersheet
5. Send back the order sheet to sales@mastervaluewholesale.com and we will give you an order quote.
6. In the email with your order file please let us know how you will be shipping this order. If you need a shipping quote please let us know. Please provide the full address. For Amazon sellers that require prep and shipping. Please use sheet labeled Amazon Order.
7. In the email with your order file please us know if you will be shipping to Amazon. We will provide you weights and dimensions.
8. If your order requires prep please fill out the prep portion. If your order does not please ignore this.

Has my order been shipped?
You will receive an email update when your order has been shipped. You can also check the status of your order under the account page. We recommend you reaching out to your wholesale representative if you have any questions.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
Before payment is made you can update quantities and cancel any items in your order. After payment is made, we will start the process of processing your order during which we cannot make any changes or cancellations.
How do I track my order?
Your wholesale account representative will provide you an order status.
An item is missing from my shipment
If there is an item missing from your shipment, we will make you aware of it on the shipped invoice.
Can I back-order products?
You can place back order on a case-by-case basis. We will let you know if we have an ETA on a product and if we decide it makes sense to back order we will back order it.

How do I create an account?
You can create an account directly on our website – www.mastervaluewholesale.com. Navigate to our home page and click on the link to create an account. You will need to input information about your business and provide your reseller certificate.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated based on the weight of your cart. You are more than welcome to coordinate shipping or picking up an order. We are happy to provide you the weight of the cart or dimensions of pallets. We do not offer free shipping.
How do I return my product?
We do not accept returns. On a case-by-case basis, we may accept a return at a 75% restocking fee.
I received the wrong product
If you feel like you received the wrong product contact sales@mastervaluewholesale.com within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Prep Services
When can I add prep services to my order?
We suggest you informing us prior to your order being placed that you would like to use our prep services. We can invoice you for prep and product costs at the same time. It will make the process more streamlined.
If I utilize your prep services, how long will you store a product in your warehouse after everything is packed?
We will keep packed products in our warehouse for 2 weeks. If shipping labels are not provided after 2 weeks your products will be destroyed and you will not receive any credits. If you would like us to store the products for additional time, each day will cost $15 additional.
