Master Value Wholesale is a full-service distributor with a primary focus on health, beauty, and grocery products. Our catalog has over 40,000 different items spanning multiple categories. Today we have over 10,000 business customers including local shop owners, independent pharmacies, discount stores, beauty supply and convenience stores.

Returns: We do not accept returns. All sales are final. On a case-by-case basis, we may accept a return at a 75% restocking fee.

Prices: Product prices are subject to change over time. The price provided on your invoice is the most accurate pricing.

Order by Cases: We recommend you ordering products by cases. There are certain instances where you can purchase by eaches. Please contact your wholesale representative if you have any questions on that or email sales@mastervaluewholesale.com

Products: Images on our website are only for illustrative purposes and product packaging is subject to change based on manufacturer discretion. We are not responsible for any typographical errors throughout our website. UPC code is the only characteristic of the product we follow when providing products to our customer. We do not consider title or images.

Missing / Incorrect Products: All shortages and missing products must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order. Your account representative will issue you a refund if there is a shortage on record.  In the case of an incorrect product received, your account representative will provide you a refund or the correct product. If you believe a product received is not correct. Please provide images and UPC of the product. Please put in your dispute within 48 hours of receiving your items. Claims for products that have UPCs that match the UPCs of the products you ordered cannot be disputed.

Damaged Products:  All damaged products must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order. Email images of the damaged product to sales@mastervaluewholesale.com

Payment Method: Orders can be paid for through Wire, ACH and Zelle.  We do not accept credit card.
