To update your personal details, log in to your account:
- Go to the "My Account" section.
- Select the Account Details option to edit your personal details.
- Select the Addresses option to edit your Shipping Address.
- Select the Payment Methods option to edit your payment methods.
- Select the Account Details option to edit your personal details

Placing an order is easy:
- Browse our catalog and add the products you want to your cart.
- Click on the cart icon and select "Proceed to Check out."
- Enter your shipping information.
- Choose your preferred payment method.
- Review your order details and confirm your purchase.
- If you are a registered user, you can use our bulk order feature which allows you to place orders of 10+ products via excel.
Make sure your shipping address is accurate to avoid delivery issues.

Yes, you can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing the order. After that you can’t cancel your wholesale order.

We want to speak to you too! Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 48 hours. However, please note that inquiries sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.

We currently ship within the United States only. To enquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery usually takes 4–7 business days depending on destination. Expedited shipping is available at checkout for an additional charge.

How do I return a product?
Since we sell in full cases, all sales are generally final — but we do accept returns in specific cases. For items that arrive defective or damaged, email info@mastervaluewholesale.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We also accept non-defective returns within 30 days with prior approval, provided items are unused, unopened, and in their original sealed full cases. Supplements, vitamins, and fitness products can't be returned due to safety and regulatory requirements. Please contact us for approval before shipping anything back. How long will it take to receive my refund?
How long will it take to receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit.
