Refund policy

We want you to be confident in every purchase from mastervaluewholesale.com. Because we operate primarily as a wholesale distributor and sell products in full cases, our ability to accept returns is limited. That said, we do make exceptions in certain situations as outlined below.


Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged during shipping, please notify us within 30 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, email info@mastervaluewholesale.com with your order number, clear photos of the issue, and a description of the product and defect.

We may request to inspect the item before approving a replacement or refund. For defective or damaged items, return shipping costs will be covered by mastervaluewholesale.com


Non-Defective Returns

We accept returns for non-defective products under the following conditions:

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging. Items must be returned in full, unopened cases.
  • All non-defective returns require prior approval. Please contact us before shipping any items back.
  • Return shipping costs (both outbound and return) are the customer's responsibility for non-defective returns.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original delivery date.

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Supplements, vitamins, and fitness products — due to safety and regulatory requirements, these categories are excluded from returns and exchanges.
  • Products that have been opened, used, or are not in their original packaging.
  • Items returned due to marketplace resale issues or third-party listing rejections.

Return Method

All returns are processed by mail. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and any applicable instructions. Please do not ship items back without prior authorization.


Return Shipping & Fees

  • Defective or damaged items: Return shipping is covered by mastervaluewholesale.com
  • Non-defective returns: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs (both original shipping and return shipping).
  • There is no restocking fee on approved returns.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the credit to your account.


Exchanges

We accept exchanges for defective or damaged items, subject to product availability. Exchange requests follow the same process as returns, please contact us to initiate. Non-defective exchanges may be considered on a case-by-case basis with prior approval.


Authorization Disclaimer

We do not issue letters of authorization from manufacturers. All purchases are made with the understanding that mastervaluewholesale.com is not an authorized distributor for every brand we carry.
